*No Witness Lights* is the debut album from COLD RECEIPT, built around empty streets, wet asphalt, broken streetlights and the kind of conversations that only happen after midnight. The record moves through parking garages, cheap diners, back doors, apartment windows and late-night drives, following LOW and WIRE through a city that feels half asleep and permanently alert. LOW brings a slow, heavy baritone while WIRE cuts through with a tighter, more restless flow. Musically, the album mixes dusty boom-bap drums, deep bass, detuned piano, industrial textures, dark soul fragments and stripped-back cinematic production. Every track lives in the same world, but each approaches it from a different angle. *No Witness Lights* is cold, tense and deliberately unpolished. It is not about spectacle. It is about pressure, bad decisions, old debts and the things that happen when nobody is supposed to be watching.
